Linking Multiple Points to form Polygons

I have a table containing a number of sites (n=34), each with four lat/long points. From this table, I'd like to do a couple of things. 1) Can I import from this master table, while having each site separately identified when they are all displayed(color-coded, etc)?; and 2) What would be the best way to go about joining these points to form site boundaries (basically make them rectangles)?
