Best practice: How to convert multiple *.ecw images (872 images) to another format?


I’m looking for the best practice to convert the *.ecw images (872 images) to other format such that :

• the they can be published by the ArcGIS server
• to preserver the same quality as in ecw
• doesn’t produce massive data size
