A tool that merges polygons of particular areas to their nearest largest polygons,

A tool that merges polygons of particular areas to their nearest largest polygons,

I’m wondering if there is a tool that merges polygons (selected or all in a feature class) of specified areas to their nearest largest polygons in one go.

For example, assume that I want to merge all polygons with an area less than 50, then all these polygons should be merge to the nearest largest polygons adjacent to them.


Is there such command?
