Hi I'm pretty desperate for some help at the moment,
I was using ArcGIS last night when the power failed and when the power came back on and i restarted the computer and ArcGIS I found that all my tool dialogs where blank. The help frame still worked but the main frame of the dialogs are all blank!

I am running
windows 7 64 bit
ArcGIS 10.1
I first ran a repair install which didnt fix it then i uninstalled arcgis and reinstalled it but that didnt work
In searching specifically for this issue and have tried a range of solutions mentioned in posts such as http://forums.esri.com/Thread.asp?c=...=194911#947929
Which has included renaming the ESRI folder in the registry to ESRI_OLD
Renaming the ESRI folders in the app_data under local and roaming
Restarting the computer and trying the same procedure again
But none of these have worked
In the forum mentioned above there was a post at the end which mentioned a windows user issue but the link was no longer valid so i dont know if that could have helped
I also updated my antivirus software to Kaspersky Pure 3.0, but it was still working after that and i have since uninstalled it just incase and then repeated all the other steps but it made no difference.
