Model builder: “Scratch workspace” as an option in the dialogue box of the model,

I’m not sure how to integrate the option “Scratch workspace” to the dialogue box of the model such that the end user can enjoy having this option to force all the results to be stored on the desired location.

Of course, this property (“Scratch workspace”) can be set at the level of each tool but what I wanted is to be set it at the level of the model and to let the user have the chance to choose this “Scratch workspace” for all the outputs of the model from the early beginning being a part of the dialogue box
