I'm having monumental problems with image services, both with basemaps from ArcGIS.com and from GIS Servers (like USDA-NAIP).
I add the layers and sometimes they draw but often they don't and the program hangs. If they do draw, eventually after a few pans or zooms ArcGIS locks up. My co-workers don't seem to be experiencing the problem and none of my computer settings, to my knowledge, have changed. I have tried both enabling and disabling hardware acceleration without success.
I don't know where to go from here and I'm getting frustrated.
