Shameless Plug for Idea: Create layer by selection tool honors parent symbology/label

Shameless plug for a feature I would REALLY like to see added to the next release/SP.
I strongly believe this addition would be of great use for most users on a daily basis.

Create layer by selection tool honors parent symbology and label properties.

Also, this behavior would be great in the Export Data Dialog as well.
