What license is installed

Hello,

I am new to my company and we are running about 15 Single-Use ArcGIS Basic licenses. I would like to find out which license # is associated to each machine. The Customer Portal only tells me who was logged onto that machine when it was installed, instead of the computer name (which may have changed by now anyhow).
Is there a utility to accomplish this...or a location that I can view the license # on the computer?
