Importing .e00 file error

Hi all,

I am trying to import a .e00 file into Arc. I have looked everywhere online with no success. I use ArcGIS10.

I can successfully access the 'Import from E00' tool.
There is a little red circle with a white cross by the Input interchange file box.
When I have filled in all the boxes, and press ok, a box comes up with a yellow triangle and an exclamation point inside. There is no error message.

I have checked and re-checked, and there are no gaps in the file directory.

Can anyone help?
