Arc GIS server based Desktop V 10 - Not working using Data Card

Hi There,

We are using ARC GIS v 10 (server based) in our organization. Most of the employees are working remotely using data card in
windows 7 version. If we are working in windows XP this is working perfect but in case of windows 7 this is not working. As per
company norms we cannot use XP. Experts are requested to give the solution.
