trouble reading 9.3.1 Geodatabase in Arcgis 10

For some reason, the files in the Geodatabase (created in 9.3.1) don't show up in the same mxd, now opened in ArcGis 10 (even though the files are in the folder).
Is there something in particular I need to do?
