Desktop Concurrent License Tracking

We have 3 concurrent ArcGIS Basic (ArcView) Desktop licenses, and I would to track how often these are being used. Is there a way to pull this data so it can be analyzed? I would like to know how many times we are hitting or 2 or 3 current uses to determine if we have room to expand the number of users, or if we will need to add more capacity for new users. We are using version 10.1

In the documentation, I only see borrowing referenced as being available in the log files.
