Wondering if this is possible using ArcMap10...
I have a feature class containing polygons (planted fruit blocks).
I've been asked if we can determine the area of polygons that are "contiguous" to each other... ie. if adjacent polygons are within "X" meters of one another, they would be 'clumped' into a "contiguous" unit.
Then output data along the lines of:
2000 total acres of planted blocks that are < 5 acres contiguous
3000 total acres that are between 5 and 100 acres contiguous
1500 total acres that are over 100 acres contiguous.
Is this possible??
