Data Extract tool not working

Hi,

I'm using arcgis desktop 10.2... i have some problem using extract data task in server tools...

the problem is, i try to extract data to cad.. when the output file is created, the file inside the zip file is empty...
i try to use the same tool to extract data to gdb.. it's working fine...
and i try using Export to CAD tool, in conversion tool... it works fine too...

additional info: the extract data to cad working on 10.1 arcmap...

can someone help me plz..
