I have an ortho layer and a parcel layer. I do not have an ortho layer for the entire parcel layer but only for a small portion of the parcel layer. I want to know how many parcels have an ortho associated with it. Is there a way to fence or select the area of the parcel layer that sits over the ortho? Or is there another way to find out what parcels have an ortho associated with it? I hope I'm explaining that correctly. Thank you.
