Catalog window

Hello everyone,

I need to create my own Catalog window in Arcmap. How can I find it in arcobject?. Which interface or class is that?. I think is in arcmap.UI namespace, right? but which one?. Is there anyway that just with the name of the windows find the right interface or class in the online help?
