Saving an area of interest of OpenStreeMap as Offline Basemap (tpk)

Hi,

Does anyone know how to save a selected area of OpenStreetMap as an Offline BaseMap preferably in tpk format?

Using the provided Data Management Tool will produce a Unsupported error for OpenStreetMap layer.

I've tried downloading map data from WeoGeo for selected area but when I use the data for display in ArcGIS Desktop, it does not show the same beautifully mapped UI we see in the website (http://market.weogeo.com/datasets/os...1&lon=103.8558). Instead, I only see polygons, dots and lines.
