Converting Floating Point Raster to Polygon

Hi,

I have to convert a raster (floating point) to polygon using ArcGIS Desktop (no SA). Looks like the conversion tool in ArcToolBox only support integer type raster. Is there any way I can convert my floating point raster (*.asc) to integer type or any other way to convert it to polygon?
