We are having an issue with ArcGIS Desktop for Windows. We have 10.1 installed on a laptop. The software is giving us an error that states “ The program can’t start because LayerUILib.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.” We have two users using this laptop and for one user the program works just fine. However, when a different user trys to log in to the ArcMap software, they get the error listed above. We have tried repairing the installation of ArcGIS but unfortunately, this did not help. Any other suggestions?
