Hi
I have been using FME (SAFE) to populate a feature class with png images into a blob field. I want to display the png from the blob field in html pop-up. I am using ArcGIS Desktop 10.0.
If the blob was in an attachement, then I am aware that it would be possible to easily pull up the image to display in an HTML pop-up in ArcMap using the default XSL provided.
Now, what I wonder is whether it would be possible to change the deafult XSL template for the pop-up to instead display an image from a blob field in a stand-alone feature class. (The content of the blob field is the same as what would go into an attachment blob field if going that path.) If it is possible to change the XSL template to display the png images from a blob field in the feautre class, then I would there be need for any additional fields to the feature class (similar to in the standard attachment) such as 'CONTENT_TYPE'?
I would really appreciate some tips on this.
Kind Regards
Hallstein
