Thiessen Polygons problem

Trying to make a map showing counties based on points, I'm trying to get thiessen polygons created, but got problem with that there are parts of counties don't connect to any other part of the county. Is there a way that I can get counties made so that each polygon has a connection to another polygon of the same county.

The counties don't match actual counties in area they cover, which is why I'm making thiessen polygons.
