Publishing to GIS Server

My State has recently stood up a GIS Server in order to support publishing services for the viewer that I manage. The issue that I'm running into at the moment is when I attempt to publish directly to the server from ArcMap. I've been successful with this process in the past, but as of today, I'm running into an error when the services publish. The attached image is the error I get when trying to publush. And when I google the error I can't seem to find any ways to troubleshoot where the issue is at least not that seem to apply to my situation.

I'm currently running ArcDesktop 10.1 as well as Server 10.1.

Any assistance or guidance with this will be greatly apprecitated.
