I have created a map for a few others to use which contains some customized toolbars. I created this map on my computer, saved it to a common network location, and it will be worked on from two other computers.
The map is read-only, as users will be editing data, not saving the map. The data is in SDE, is versioned, and both users have permissions (both in SDE and in the server environment) to edit the data. We are all using the same version and level of Desktop.
The problem is that when one user opens the map, all of the customized toolbars are there (it looks identical to how I set it up), but the other user is missing all of the customizations. So the map contains all the appropriate data, formatted correctly, but for one user the map is opening as if it had been created in the default template - it is missing customized buttons and toolbars.
Am I missing a configuration option on this user's machine? Any insight on why this would be happening??
