I have been working on creating HTML pop-up windows for a feature layer in ArcGIS 10.1. I finally was able to get the layout I wanted which includes a PNG, PDF, and a website. For some reason recently whenever I try to open a pop-up window the window appears in its correct form and then about three seconds layer ArcMap 10.1 has an "unexpected error" and force closes. Is it possible I am trying to ask ArcMap too much or do I need a more powerful computer to have these pop-ups work. Any help would be appreciated.
