Combine Raster, No results

I am trying to combine two rasters together but every time I do so I keep getting an "empty" output. That is there are no attributes and no "display" features. I have used the combine tool in past versions (I believe 9.3) and Patch Grid and I would always get the desired result but in 10.1 its just empty.

Any help/comments/advice would be appreciated.
