Add Attachments and Export to KML

Using ArcGIS Advanced 10.1, I want to use the Add Attachments tool to add photos to a feature class then export the feature class as a kml/kmx and have Google Earth users see the table information and the photos. I am able to get the table information; however the photo does not show. In Google Earth I do get the table with a space (blue area) at the top where the photo should be located and I get the file name for the photo, just no photo.

I've tried several ways to attach the files (match tables, adding attachments one at a time using the attribute table) but it's still not working. I am able to see the attachments in ArcMap suggesting that the files are attached.

Any ideas?
