Problem with saving in ArcMAP

Hi,

Recently, we have problem when saving in ArcMap 10.1. The delay to save a file is too long.. 80 Mb files takes up to 10 minutes to be saved. 360 Mb file takes up to 50 minutes to be saved..

What can I do to resolve this issue?
