QTravel Data

I took some data off a QStarz device into QTravel and then exported it into a cvs file. I brought that file into arcgis using the same coordinates as the main map (Zone 13N) and when it plots, it plots backwards and in a totally different area. I am adding the file to see if anyone can help me. I am trying to project it over our Fort Keogh map as a layer. I'm trying to get this to work before they actually need it!
