Geometric Network

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know how the Geometric Network actually works? I am trying to split lines at every intersection so that I can add a vertex at every intersection. I made a graticule and now I want to add a vertex at every line intersection. I believe that the Geometric Network can do this, but I am not sure how. Does anyone know?
