problem with joining 1-Many temporal data in separate tables

I created two separate tables as suggested here:

I have a similar situation. 1 feature class layer and then a table with temporal data join by one common id.

However following the suggestion of the join I don't get all the rows as also mentioned in other documentation of join in general.

The question is how do I obtain a joined table with feature that I can have symbology and can deal with time analysis?

Totally clueless at this point.
