Creating Spaced Lines In a Buffer

I am trying to create a series of lines inside a buffer at regular intervals.For my survey project, I need horizontal lines (representing survey lanes) spaced at 60m intervals. I'm having trouble restricting the lines to just the buffer, and can't find a way to set the lines at 60m intervals.

Any suggestions??
