Find polygon with the same shape (almost)

Hello!

I have arcmap 10.1.
Could you provide me info about maybe tool or solution in the following problem i.e.: i would like to find parcel polygon features with same shape polygon in second .shp. It do not have to be 100 % same but almost/similar.
And would be great in most easily digestible way.. :)
