Need to create a presence-absence raster from point data

Hello All,
I have point data for location of wells which I need to convert into a raster where a cell would take a value of one if one or more well points fall in that cell and zero otherwise. I tried using the point to raster tool with count option, but it does not achieve what I earlier described. There is no information on cells which do not hold a well or more in that output, otherwise I think I probably could have used the reclassify tool to change that raster into a zero-one raster (Not sure though). Any help would be appreciated.
