Hi there
I have created a representation of a layer in ArcGIS 10sp4. Since doing so a couple of the style colours in the layer it is based on have changed slightly.
Does anyone know I might be able to get the style changes to be reflected in the representation layer. Currently it just displays the previous colour. I can do an override but that doesn't seem like the right logic to apply because I actually want to do to be in sync rather than using overrides.
I have looked at the following help page:
http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisdesktop/10.0/help/index.html#/About_working_with_symbol_layers/008t00000025000000/
However when I go to the representation in question I cannot modify it. If I right click on the line part, and select what is this, is this in the help file:
"This panel will be disabled if you do not have a schema lock." How do I add a schema lock, assuming I even need one? I am using a file geodatabase.
Kind regards
