Unable to make xy event

Hi,

I am not sure what happen as I would keep having problems with creating point features when I connect to my oracle source table,
at times i would be able to run the program successfully - i.e. point features created, but most of the times, i would get the 000212
error.

The format of my oracle x and y data fields has been consistent: Number(38,8), so there should not be any problems with the data
type. I am trying to convert 280,000 records into point features to my file gdb.

Are there any size limit to process the records in oracle into point features?
