Failed to rename selected object(s). The workspace already exists,

I wanted to rename a file geodatabase with a name (NRep) different from those existing in the same folder, nevertheless I got the message below

What might be the issue?

(I did the refresh, restart the ArcMap, etc. but sounds not to work. What is wrong with the proposed name: NRep)
