Geo_Tagged_Photos_To_Points

Hi there,

I am trying to use Geo Tagged Photos to Points tool in arc map 10.1.
However, I am getting this red x mark under input folder and doesn't allow me to use this tool (Attached file).

Does anybody know what is going on?
