arcmap freezes while publishing services

Hi,

I have Arcgis 10.1 with SP1 on windows 2008 R2.

I am seeing a weird issue, when i try to publish the mxd map service, the arcmap freezing.. I gave the new name for the service, and selected root folder, in the next step it freezing.

Few weeks before it was working fine, same mxd i have published.. (only few patch file i have installed for SErver not for desktop).

I validated the mxd with Mxd Doctor also.

I created a new mxd (with fgdb feature class in C drive), still the problem in publishing the map service.

Any one have faced this kind of issue. ? any idea.
