How to set one color for multiple layers at the same time..

Dear All,

I need to set one color for all Layers more than 100 layers in arcmap... how can i change at the same time.

Work Around: Normally i'm grouping those layers and using GropLayerproperties->Symbol Levels-> and then selecting each one and changing the desired color...but even it takes long time for all layers so i need automated way to do this to reduce the repeated task for all layers...!!
