Vertical spacing between multi-line annotation

I have created annotation that is multi-line. The spacing between lines is too large but I do not see any way to control this. I see is spacing between words and spacing between characters but no vertical spacing. Any way to make this space smaller?
Multi-line would look something like this:

Blue
River
Recreation
Site

(Above should be centered)
