Viewe TIN surface without diagonal lines ,

Im trying to view my TIN surface model as a wireframe with just the vector lines that make it up, which I have achieved in ArcScene. But I want to view it without the diagonal lines that break up the triangles. Essentially, it would be made up of irregular quadrilaterals instead of triangles, much like the wireframe models displayed using Resoft Windfarm R4 software.

Any thoughts?
