Reload Cache does not show new features from SDE Layer

Hi,

I'm seeing some odd behaviour with 'reload cache' and a SDE point feature class. With the feature class loaded in ArcMap (10.1) and the attribute table open, when a new feature is added by another client the geometry change shows up immediately after a refresh. The new record does not show up in the attribute table after using 'Reload Cache'. I have to close the attribute table and open it again to see the new record.

I can see the attributes of the new feature via the Identify tool, but even after identifying the reload cache does not show the new record in the table. If I select the new feature, the dialog box at the bottom of the attribute table says "1 out of xx Selected", but the record still does not show up in the table until I close it and reopen it.

I'm pulling data from SDE 10.1 on SQL Server Express. The feature class has move edits to base enabled.

Anyone know of a fix other than closing and opening the table?

It may be related to this:

but my data are not 'based on a query', unless all data being pulled from SDE are.

Greg
