ArcMap crashed while adding data from ArcGIS Online. Now loads really slowly

Hi there,
I was trying to add a dataset to ArcMap from ArcGIS Online called "landtenuremaps". Attempting to add it caused a crash. I tried a couple more times, and each times caused a crash. After doing this 3 times, my ArcMap application now loads really, really slowly. Takes maybe 3 minutes to load, and another couple of minutes to load an mxd. I tried rebooting my machine but that didn't help.

Any suggestions?
