Plotting Problems usin an HP Designjet T520

Hello All: We just upgraded our plotter from an HP 750C to an HP T520 with the hopes of creating maps with clearer aerial photography. The problem we are experiencing is that, when plotting a map with aerial photography (Bing), only a portion of the map plots and it's only the northerly portin of the aerial. There are no borders, shapefiles, text or anything else. As a workaround, I exported the map to PDF. When I look at the PDF in Adobe everything looks as it should. When I plot from Adobe large black bands appear across the aerial. I contacted HP and their response was that it is application related and and not plotter related. The plotter is on a LAN and has all the latest firmware and driver installations. My operating system is Windows XP, 32 bit. I'm running ArcGis for Desktop 10.1, SP 1. I get the feeling that I'm probably just missing something simple but I have no idea what that may be. Any insight/help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
Mark
