Show which cities are in which "Plateau"

I am trying to figure out how to create a single layer that shows the "Plateau" for each city, so that
cities that fall within one of the three polygons will include whether they are part of the "Central", "Parana", or "Sertao" polygon.

Since this is (I think) a many-to-one relationship, I really am unsure which tool to use.
