ArcGIS 10.1 SP1 - Print Dialog

Hi Team,
when I want to print a mxd ArcGIS 10.1 SP1 is crashing while open the print dialog.

OS Windows 7 64bit
Arcgis 10.1 SP1

Canon Large Format Printer 825

Print dialog opens only in following situation

First you open your mxd or save your new mxd
then open page and print setup dialog
(Format of page is right but ArcGIS make wrong interpretation of pagesize)
take out the checkbox "Use printer paper settings"
check in "use printer paper settings"
after this check in you can close the page and print setup dialog

Now if you klick the Icon print - print dialog open normaly

If you open the page and print setup dialog in between again, afterwords print dialog wont open and ArcGIS crash.

It opens only in this situation when you click out and in the "use printer paper settings".

Thats really boring always to open page setup first
