Can anyone tell me the proper way to increase KML resolution? I am using the "MAP To KML" conversion tool as I need to convert multiple layers to create one solid image. I noticed in the tool that in the "Output Image Properties" section, the user has the ability to input values for the KML image. I'm overlaying the image onto GE. The image is a water surface and when I lay it onto GE, the image edges are very rigid. I know its not the resolution of the rasters because I can lay them on top of the BING map background in ArcMap and they are very detailed. Its during the conversion process where the detail is lost. Do I adjust the pixel value, the DPI value, or both? If so what should they be?
