Problems adding WMS layer

Hey! I just downloaded a trial version for ArcGIS and doing some homework for learning to use ArcMap. Though, I having someproblem when I'm trying to add a WMS layer. I have this address i'm suppoed to type and the right version, but when clicking "get layers" I get "Connection error" - unspecified fail"

Any idea whats wrong?
