Problem with Field calculator and some other functions

Hi,

I am using ARCMAP 10.1 with windows 7.Some times field calculator,calculate geometry,join table and F2 keys are not working.If I restart my machine then it will work.Daily i have to restart my machine atlest twice.It will affecting my production.Please give some solution.
