Export feature class from gdb to personal geodatabase fails (10.0)

Hi,

I want to export one feature class from a gdb into an existing personal geodatabase (mdb). I tried different things (export to shp and than import to mdb,export to geodatabase, import to geodatabase) but nothing worked. If I create a new personal geodatabase with an new Feature Dataset (with same coordinate system like gdb) import worked. The gdb is a 9.2 version, my existing personal geodatabase is a 9.3 one, and my newly created is a 10.0.
Anyone has a clue what is going on? Anything is appreciated.
